Delivery

We always endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can. We use Courier Post who pick up two times a day from our distribution centre.

Your order ships within 24 hours

and deliveries reach our customers within 1-2 working days. If you would like to track our order, you should receive email with tracking link to courier post.

We DONT ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery. We only ship within Australia.

We do not accept liability for

damage or loss in transit. However, let us know what happened and we’ll do everything we can to help rectify the situation.

We are able to accept return products only if they are unopened and unused. Return within 48 hours with proof of purchase.

Vouchers/Coupons

Please note there is only one voucher or coupon valid per item, per transaction. Discount vouchers are not valid on special offers, so please use one or the other to get yourself the best price.

Pricing

All prices are in AUD dollars. In-store prices differ from online prices. Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable freight charges.

Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However, please notify us immediately with details of any claim and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We recommend paying the extra cost for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.

We respect your knowledge and judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want and ship the exact products you bought. If you are unsure of anything, we are more than happy to answer your questions about our products and choose the right products based on your needs and budget.

Discount Active Nutrition reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services,
any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason; and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.

Stock

Our stock is updated several times per day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stock take counts, etc. Please note an online order which is showing stock at the time may be incorrect. If this is the case we will contact you. It’s highly unlikely, but worth mentioning.

Price Matching Conditions

If you find the same product for less somewhere else, we will match that price. Does not
include short dated or clearance products. Products must be in stock and brand new, and must be from Australia. Xtreme Sport Science holds the rights and the final say on any price matching.

Privacy

At Xtreme Sport Science, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience.

Xtreme Sport Science does not store any credit card details as all payments are done through Payment Express.
